Elbann Developments opened its doors in January 2006 to start with its outstanding and progressive career. Registered at the NHBRC No 38368, Labour Law - Quintin De Vries (Health and Safety) and Workmans Compansation, Elbann Developments started its career with its 1st project in June 2006 in alittle town bordering Brackenfell called Kraaifontein, Charnwood crescent arises, with the aid of good marketing , advertisements and a brilliant Builder the project was sold out,problem free.

January 2007/ June 2007 Elbann Developments started their new prosperous project in another little town, bordering Brackenfell, called Kuils River. A new piece of ground called Summerville Village gave Elbann Developments an opportunity to buy a few plots called phase 5 and develop them into luxurious 3 bedroom houses, again with the aid of keen marketing and an excellent Builder, Jonny Titus, Elbann Developments had no problems selling their units.

May 2007/ November 2007 Elbann Developments started their 3rd and yet challenging project, building an double storey house for the first time,on the grounds of the renowned Rhenish Girls High School in Stellenbosch for the Department of Public Works. With the project running hassle free and smooth, Elbann Developments yet again finishes a well accomplished project in the heart of the winelands. October 2007/ October 2008 Elbann Developments thought about coming closer to home and bought some prime plots in Angelier Street in the heart of the Protea Heights in Brackenfell fot their 4th project to start, where exquisite and luxurious well spacious homes were the order of the day. The excellent Builder Jonny Titus still building our houses with a quality fit for a king. Angelier Street Project still currently running. October 2007/ November 2008 Elbann Developments decided to go back to Kuils River and buy more plots in the 6th phase of Summerville Village which would be the start of the companies 5th project. Finishing most of the residential dwellings and selling them Elbann Developments 5th project are still currently running.
